Understanding Patch & Embroidery Sizes
To ensure your jacket design turns out exactly as expected, please note that patch and embroidery sizes in the digital rendering are displayed to scale based on our standard size chart. Actual placement and proportions may vary slightly depending on jacket size and style. Below are the standard sizes and materials we use for each embellishment type (see attached chart for details).
If you would like to make any adjustments to sizing, placement, or materials, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order so our design and production team can apply your changes before your jacket goes into production.After this window, your order moves into production and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Chest patch
Any artwork will have to proportionately fit in a 4.4" by 4.4''square if you pick a jacket size 2XL or smaller. Any artwork will have to proportionately fit in a 5"x5" box if you pick a jacket size that is 3XL or bigger. Any artwork will have to proportionately fit in a 3"x3" box if you pick a crop top jacket.

If you pick up to 6 letters, then each letter will be 3.5" tall. If you pick more than 6 letters, they will be reduced in size proportionately to fit back of the jacket. Total width of decoration area is 16". Tatal width of decoration area for crop tops is 12".
