At Varsity Base, every jacket is custom-made to your exact specifications. Because of this, our return and exchange policy differs from standard retail.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge within 3 days of placing it. After 3 days, materials are sourced and your jacket enters production.
Cancellations after the 3-day window are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover materials and production costs already incurred.
Once a jacket is completed or shipped, our standard no-return policy for custom items applies.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
Custom Jackets - Returns & Replacements
Custom jackets cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error.
We will provide a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your jacket differs from the approved design (wrong colour, embroidery, missing patches, incorrect sizing on our end)
- Your jacket has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit
Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your jacket and include photos. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be processed.
Size Issues
Production size error (we made the wrong size): Free replacement - we will prioritise your remake.
Customer size error (you ordered the wrong size): We offer a 50% discounted remake. This does not qualify for a free exchange or refund.

Rush Orders - Missed Deadline
If your rush order does not arrive by the confirmed deadline, we will: (1) refund your $50 rush fee in full, and (2) apply a $100 store credit to your account. Both are issued automatically - you do not need to request them.
Non-Custom (In-Stock) Jackets
In-stock jackets without personalisation may be exchanged for a different size if returned in unworn, original condition within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] to start an exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Claim
Email [email protected] with: (1) your order number, (2) a description of the issue, and (3) photos (required for quality or size claims). We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
