Delivery Timeline Policy

At Varsity Base, each jacket is custom-made from scratch. We take pride in the craftsmanship that goes into every piece — from cutting premium melton wool and leather to finishing the last stitch. Our goal is to deliver every order on time without ever compromising quality.


Standard Production Timeline

  • Typical lead time: 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • This includes patterning, cutting, embroidery, assembly, quality inspection, and shipping preparation.
  • Shipping time: usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to international logistics delays.


Rush Orders

  • For customers selecting Rush Production, we prioritise your jacket in our schedule.
  • Rush orders are completed in 10 calendar days production + 4 business days shipping — approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation.
  • If we miss a guaranteed rush date, Varsity Base will refund the $50 rush fee in full AND apply a $100 store credit to your account. Both are issued automatically — you do not need to request them.

Delays & Communication

  • Occasionally, unforeseen factors — such as material availability, quality-control holds, or customs inspections — may cause minor delays.
  • We’ll keep you informed at every stage and provide updated tracking as soon as your jacket ships.

Late Delivery Policy

  • Our timelines are estimates, not absolute guarantees.
  • Delays of up to 7 days beyond the estimated window are considered normal for handmade custom products.
  • If your jacket is delayed 8-14 days past the estimated delivery date, our team will contact you with an update and offer a 5-10% store credit or a refund of any rush fee paid.
  • If your jacket is delayed more than 15 days, we will review the case individually and offer a 10-20% refund or store credit, subject to management approval.

Hard-Deadline or Event Orders

If you need your jacket for a specific date (e.g., graduation, gifting, team event), please note that at checkout or notify our team in advance.

We’ll confirm whether we can commit to the requested timeline. Orders with a confirmed guaranteed date will qualify for compensation if missed.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order free of charge within 3 days of placing it. After 3 days, materials are sourced and your jacket enters production.
  • Cancellations after the 3-day window are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover materials and production costs already incurred.
  • Once a jacket is completed or shipped, our standard no-return policy for custom items applies.
  • To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
