We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, efficiently, and with the craftsmanship that defines our brand. We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, your Varsity Base jacket can reach you.
Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your region.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $30 on all orders.
- Free Shipping: Shipped out within 3-4 weeks, as each jacket is made to order.
Production & Shipping Timeframes
1. In-Stock Jackets (No Personalization)
- Shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Customized Jackets
- Each jacket is made to order, with a standard production time of 3–4 weeks before shipping.
- Production time may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to material availability.
3. Rush Orders
- Need your jacket sooner? Select Rush Order at checkout.
- Rush orders are completed in 10 calendar days production + 4 business days shipping — approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation.
- Rush processing costs an additional $50 and prioritises your order through all production stages.

Delivery Timelines & Delays
Because each Varsity Base jacket is custom-made, production timelines are estimates, not absolute guarantees — unless you have purchased a Rush Order or we have confirmed a specific event deadline.
- Minor delays (1-7 days) beyond the estimate are normal for handmade products and are not grounds for refunds.
- If your order is delayed 8-14 days, we will contact you proactively and offer a 5-10% store credit or a refund of any rush fee paid.
- If your order is delayed more than 15 days, Varsity Base will review the case and offer a 10-20% refund or store credit, subject to management approval.
- Rush orders: If a guaranteed rush delivery date is missed, we will refund the $50 rush fee in full AND apply a $100 store credit to your account. Both are issued automatically.
International Shipping & Import Duties
We proudly ship worldwide. For orders delivered outside the United States, import duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Typical import duty rates:
- Europe & U.K.: 20–24% of invoice value
- Canada: 18–22% of invoice value
- Australia & Other Regions: Varies by country

Order Tracking
Once your jacket ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your jacket’s journey from our facility to your doorstep in real time. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact [email protected] and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
Missed Deadlines or Event-Specific Orders
If your order is for a specific event (graduation, team photos, gifting, etc.), please note this when ordering. We’ll confirm whether we can meet the date before starting production. Only confirmed event deadlines or rush orders qualify for compensation if delayed.
