We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, efficiently, and with the craftsmanship that defines our brand. We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, your Varsity Base jacket can reach you.
Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your region.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $30 on all orders.
- Free Shipping: Shipped out within 3-4 weeks, as each jacket is made to order.
Production & Shipping Timeframes
1. In-Stock Jackets (No Personalization)
- Shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Customized Jackets
- Each jacket is made to order, with a standard production time of 3–4 weeks before shipping.
- Production time may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to material availability.
3. Rush Orders
- Need your jacket sooner? Select Rush Order at checkout.
- Rush orders are completed and shipped within 14 calendar days from order confirmation.
- Rush processing costs an additional $50 and prioritizes your order through all production stages.

Delivery Timelines & Delays
Because each Varsity Base jacket is custom-made, production timelines are estimates, not absolute guarantees — unless you’ve purchased a Rush Order or we’ve confirmed a specific event deadline.
- Minor delays (1–7 days) beyond the estimate are normal for handmade products and not grounds for refunds.
- If your order is delayed more than 7 days, we’ll update you proactively and may offer a goodwill credit or discount.
- If your order is delayed more than 14 days, or if a rush deadline is missed, Varsity Base will review the case individually and may provide a partial refund or store credit.
- Rush orders: If a guaranteed rush delivery is missed, we will refund the $50 rush fee or offer an equivalent store credit.
International Shipping & Import Duties
We proudly ship worldwide. For orders delivered outside the United States, import duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Typical import duty rates:
- Europe & U.K.: 20–24% of invoice value
- Canada: 18–22% of invoice value
- Australia & Other Regions: Varies by country

Order Tracking
Once your jacket ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your jacket’s journey from our facility to your doorstep in real time. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact [email protected] and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
Missed Deadlines or Event-Specific Orders
If your order is for a specific event (graduation, team photos, gifting, etc.), please note this when ordering. We’ll confirm whether we can meet the date before starting production. Only confirmed event deadlines or rush orders qualify for compensation if delayed.
